ELECTRONIC ENKI

The Electronic Enki format (PDF format on CD-ROM) is available only for Curriculum Packages and full sets of the Teaching Guides. Along with the PDF of the books, these packages include several other materials: a DVD for visual aid in navigating the plentiful materials; printed copy of the Foundation Guides and the Starting Up Booklet; and, all instructional and song CD's and demonstration DVD's for that Grade Level. You will also receive one binder that includes Tables of Contents for all books, tabbed sections, and some photo sheets. This will allow you to get an overview of what is in each CD book, print it as needed, and organize the materials simply.

In contrast to the printed Enki materials, the electronic format has unique advantages, challenges, and responsibilities. Please see the list of benefits on the preceding page and read the following carefully to ensure that this format will meet your needs.

Computer Savvy: The Electronic Documents MUST be installed on a computer to function properly (see required computer specs below). It requires a one time Program Installation and Licensing which takes about ten minutes with a cable or DSL connection. All the programs you need are included on the disk and via email, but this is only suitable for those comfortable navigating installation, and then subsequently reading on and printing from the computer.

Usage Limitations: To ensure copy protection, these Enki Electronic documents will be licensed to ONE computer ONLY. You will not be able to either view or print them from any other computer so it is important to think about your overall lifestyle and whether having the materials on a laptop or desktop computer will serve you best.

International Customers: If you are outside the U.S. and want to have the whole package printed there to save on shipping and customs fees, we will license the copy shop for a one time printing and send you a Reference CD (read only) for your navigation at home - you will not be able to print at home.

Printing: Printing is EXPENSIVE. The Electronic Enki CD-ROM version is excellent for reviewing the plentiful resources and printing only what you will use with the children. If you know you want to have entire books in printed copy, simply purchase the printed copy from us. Unless you can get the printing done for under 5 cents a side, you will pay a fortune to have entire books printed at a shop, and even more for ink to print at home - these are very large books. If you want guides in hard copy these can be purchased directly from us; if you want to have a given Resource book or two printed, we can license the copy shop for a one time printing on specific books.

Replacement Limitations: Should you need to change computers or damage the CD, please contact us; with return of the CD we can send another and issue a new license. We reserve the right to limit these shifts, but will do our best to ensure that the original purchaser is able to access the materials on one computer.

Binding Use Agreement: For your convenience and because of programming limitations, we have set the program restrictions to allow multiple printing of a given page. This feature is to be used only for your personal purposes if a page is lost or damaged. Printing copy for others is strictly prohibited and will lead to an end of this option. Likewise you may not transfer your license to another person when you are finished with it. Warranties and Support: Enki Education, Inc. guarantees and will provide support for this Electronic product for 3 years from order date. Our warranty ensures that the original purchaser will be able to view and get printed copy of the package for a minimum of three years.

Additional Print Copy: Many people like to sit down in a comfortable chair and read the Guides cover to cover; this is why the Foundation Guides are provided in printed copy to everyone.
